1st hole

TDA designed this 18 hole layout in conjunction with Senior PGA TOUR player Craig "The Walrus" Stadler in Granby, Colorado near Winter Park.  It has spectacular mountain views and many interesting native/wetland areas.  Grand County's rugged and expansive terrain definitely inspired Tripp and Craig's heathland styled course.  The Heathland style is characterized by sometimes natural, yet sometimes rugged landscape with an emphasis on strategic bunker placement.  Grand Elk Golf Club is part of a multi-million dollar development which includes a luxury club with a private clubhouse and pool, home sites and townhomes.
